Roman was very helpful. We have been working with Roman for about a year and we have hired him so far for two projects that required a lot of planning and detail. He did our back deck out from the kitchen (which required a radiator to be removed and a window to be blown into a door). Roman worked with us to create this vision - we had different people doing different things and Roman never frowned upon us using others (ie we used a family friend for the window) and he still supported us every step of the way while covering his part of the project without issue. His quotes were accurate and we fell within budget for the projects. The second project was a complete removal of front steps, waterproofing and a new front porch. This took alot of time/steps and was done during the winter - Roman got it done and within budget. He doesn't bother you when his team is at the house working and provides an update every few days. Roman is professional and patient. We are first time homeowners, and we had a lot of questions as well as many delays as we took time deciding what we wanted to do. We recommend Roman to anyone doing a big or small project. He does not pressure you and he is good at communicating.

Neiman Contacting did a great job renovating our place. We had two kitchens and two bathrooms gutted and rebuilt, along with significant electrical and cosmetic work completed for the rest of the building. I was most struck by how well managed the job site was. It was almost clean, though they were ripping out walls, tearing down cabinets and so on. Roman Neiman, the contractor was on site almost everyday and always reachable by phone, text, or email. He answered our questions in a timely manner. Usually within a couple of hours of less. The workmen were punctual, pleasant and responsive. Mr. Neiman provided weekly updates, discussed problems and proposed solutions as appropriate. The work for our place was finished within one week of the estimated date for completion. Kitchen cabinets, provided by a separate vendor were late, this caused the minor delay. The one piece of advice I would give to anyone undertaking a renovation is to be sure to take the time you need to decide what you want. Changing your mind after the contract is signed will be an additional cost. This is not unique to Neiman, this is just a fact of doing business. Luckily, we had very few changes and Neiman was fair and reasonable.
